We’ve been staying in an old manor house for the last two nights that’s more than 500 years old. Our room is on the top floor in what used to be the attic. There’s not much of a story about the place that I know, but I thought I’d post pictures of it just because it’s been such a novelty for us. Think about it: this house is twice as old as the United States! The addition to the left is obviously newer than the original house that we’re staying in, but I don’t know its age.
